Spent an amazing Xmas at this hotel. The rooms were cozy, and so beautifully decorated with Christmas lights, garlands, and wreaths. The staff was kind and welcoming, and always available to assist us with our needs. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore the local markets, restaurants, and shops. We especially enjoyed the delicious local cuisine served at the hotel's restaurant. It was definitely a highlight of our trip.
Honestly, we couldn't find any faults with this hotel. The only thing that we missed was having access to Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Nice gardens on the territory. New Manali neighbourhood is worth seeing. Tourist destinations like Rani Nala were right by the hotel.
